My experience at the service center was fine. Staff is friendly and helpful. The time took a lot longer than I expected especially with me needing to get to work but they had to get quotes. What I am disappointed about was all the things that was found wrong with my car after only having it for 4 months. I did not purchase the extended warranty on the car bc I drive my car for work and I put many miles on it a day so I did not feel like the $5000 extra that I would have paid for the warranty, would have benefited me. So finding out that after 4 months of purchasing the car, it has close to $3500 worth of work that needs to be done was very disheartening and dissatisfying. One of the really nice service ladies recommended me to talk to my salesman to see what he can do to help offset some of the expenses since it only has been a few months since my purchase. I did that and I have yet to receive a return call or a text saying anything!! Mind u I have things that r wrong with my car like the back light broken on the top windshield light on back that was like that upon purchase but I didn't think it was going to start causing leaking so I didn't mention it, the struts needing replaced on the front, and some other expensive thing in the front that helps cool the motor would be such repairs that I would have to worry about at 4 months with less than 100,000 miles on my car was shocking. Then to have your salesman which I have used before not get back to me is very disappointing. I am a reasonable person and I don't expect anything for free but I do expect some fairness in all this. I have kept up with the maintenance on my vehicle at the dealership as well.

I was not happy about having to purchase a new battery for my truck. My truck had a battery installed under my bumper to bumper warranty in Dec 2025. The battery installed failed in March 2026 and I had to purchase a new battery because my bumper to bumper warranty had expired.

Very poor service. Car was damaged during previous repair. Of course I cannot prove it. Worked before they worked on it. Didn't after. Had to constantly call to get updates and the poor excuse for a service manager never called after waiting 3 days. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere but carl Hogan Chevrolet
