Carl Hogan service was able to get my 2500 in and repaired within a day. They have always been great when getting my vehicles serviced as well. Quana has always taken great care of me.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and went straight to Dylan for it. He was amazing. The process was so smooth, I was in my car in time for work that day. 10/10 experience and I will be a repeat customer.

From the moment I pulled in with my truck running in limp mode I was greeted by name and taken care of. I’d driven 150 miles in limp mode after being told I’d have to leave my truck there 4 days to replace fuel pump. It was done that afternoon at Carl Hogan and wasn’t even the fuel pump. The experience was great! I was greeted when I arrived and told what they were about to do and how long it would take. When the job was completed, they came and got me and escorted me to the vehicle. This was one of the best and most professional experiences that I have had at a dealership service department.
